1. Non-Refundable Registration Fees
All registration fees paid by entrepreneurs (₹2000) and investors (₹10000) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Digital Nature of Services
Our services are digital and knowledge-based, including platform access, evaluations, resources, and project exposure. As such, once access is granted, no return or cancellation of services is applicable.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error (with valid proof)
- Payment made but account not created or services not activated within 10 working days
Refund requests under these conditions must be made within 7 days of payment.
