Registration Fees
Entrepreneurs must pay a non-refundable ₹2000 registration fee, valid for 1 year.
Investors must pay a one-time ₹10000 registration fee, valid until their first investment or project purchase.
Content Ownership Entrepreneurs retain ownership of their uploaded content. R&D Idea Bridge does not claim any intellectual property rights but reserves the right to display the project for investor review.
Confidentiality All information shared on the platform is treated with strict confidentiality. However, R&D Idea Bridge is not responsible for any third-party misuse of information once shared with registered investors.
Platform Usage Users must not misuse the platform for illegal activities, spam, or solicitation. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.
